The primary responsibilities of the Junior Sales position are to support the boutique team in delivering outstanding customer service while progressively developing the knowledge, skills and standards expected within the Maison. The role and responsibilities extend to:
• Support sales activities, product presentation and the day-to-day operations of the boutique.
• Contribute to our customer-first philosophy by welcoming and assisting clients with care, professionalism and attention. GLOBAL ROLE AND MAIN RESPONSABILITIES Sales & Services
• Represent the Maison with professionalism and progressively develop a strong knowledge of its heritage, values, creations and savoir-faire
• Welcome and accompany clients with warmth, discretion and professionalism, delivering a personalised experience in line with the Maison’s standards
• Develop selling and communication skills to understand clients’ needs, provide appropriate guidance and progressively build confidence throughout the sales journey
• Contribute to individual and boutique sales objectives, while progressively developing an understanding of key retail KPIs
• Support clienteling and CRM activities, including client follow-up and the accurate recording and updating of client information




• Progressively develop autonomy in boutique operations, including cash desk transactions and payment procedures, while following the Maison’s procedures and retail standards
• Support the daily priorities of the boutique, helping to maintain impeccable presentation and service standards at all times
• Work collaboratively with the team, supporting colleagues, participating positively in boutique life and remaining receptive to guidance and feedback. In Sore Life Participation
• Actively participate in boutique life, including daily briefings, team meetings and training sessions, and contribute to effective communication within the team
• Stay informed about the Maison’s activity, including new collections, launches, key events and relevant local and global updates
• Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the boutique, supporting merchandising, replenishment, stock organisation and maintaining impeccable boutique standards.
