DENISA RAD is seeking a Chinese-speaking Social Media & Communication Intern to join its team in Milan. The role will focus primarily on managing the brand’s presence on RedNote, WeChat and Weibo, alongside Instagram, TikTok and other social channels. This curricular internship offers hands-on experience in the communication of an independent Made in Italy fashion brand. You will help tell the story behind our collections, fashion shows and creative process, adapting content to the language and expectations of each platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the day-to-day management of DENISA RAD’s RedNote, WeChat and Weibo accounts
• Plan, write, adapt and publish content in Chinese and English for different platforms and audiences
• Support content creation and publishing for Instagram, TikTok and other brand channels
• Research relevant topics and search terms for Chinese social platforms, and suggest content ideas suited to their audiences
• Monitor comments, messages and account performance, and share insights with the team
• Prepare communication materials for collection launches, fashion shows and events
• Assist with press monitoring, brand assets and communication with international partners PROFILE OF THE CANDIDATE
• Currently enrolled in a university programme that allows for a curricular internship agreement




• Studying Fashion Communication, Marketing, Media, PR or a related field
• Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese and English; Italian is a plus
• Strong writing skills and an eye for visual storytelling
• Familiarity with RedNote, WeChat and Weibo; experience creating content for these platforms is a strong plus
• Interest in contemporary fashion, Made in Italy craftsmanship and international markets
• Organised, proactive and attentive to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
