Key Responsibilities
• Contact prospective students and effectively communicate the value of our Master’s programmes.
• Guide prospective students throughout the admissions process.
• Work closely with your team to achieve monthly performance targets.
• Play an active role in making a meaningful impact on people’s lives and career development. Candidate Profile
• Previous experience in B2C sales, education, recruitment, or consulting.
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong customer-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in English (B2 level or above).
• Strong motivation to develop professionally, achieve results, and make a meaningful contribution.
What We Offer
• An initial 6-month employment contract (CCNL Aninsei), with the possibility of renewal.
• Fixed salary plus monthly performance-based bonuses.
• Comprehensive onboarding, followed by the opportunity to work in a hybrid model after the first three months, including up to two days of remote work based on performance.
