Global Learning & Development Specialist
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Learning & Development Specialist to join our global People team. Reporting to the HR Director, you will support the design and delivery of learning, training, onboarding, leadership, and talent development initiatives across the organization. Working closely with HR and business leaders, you will help foster a culture of continuous learning and support employees' growth in a dynamic international environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and coordinate learning and development initiatives aligned with business needs.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and virtual learning experiences.
• Support onboarding, talent, and leadership development programs.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to identify capability-building opportunities.
• Manage multiple learning projects and external training providers.
• Leverage digital learning tools and platforms to enhance the employee experience.
• Track learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Profile
• Previous experience in Learning & Development, Training, Talent Development, or related HR areas (at least 4/5 years)
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
