Job Description
• Manage marketing strategy and projects across internal teams and external stakeholders (KOL, ecc...)
• Lead marketing team members (PMs)
• Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables
• Promote and inspire marketing activities, campaigns and congresses attendance
• Analyze market trends and competitors
• Develop and implement brand communication
• Manage and enhance the company brand
• Analyze data to measure campaign effectiveness and guide strategic decisions
• Track performance and ensure field force continuous training and support Requirements &
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• ESSENTIAL: 3+ years of experience in Marketing in Ophthalmic Companies
• Deep knowledge of the ophthalmic market (Drugs, Medical Devices and Food Supplements)
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with cross function activities
• English speaking Workplace: in office (San Benedetto del Tronto) and on field activity as necessary.
