The Mission:
We are looking for an Strategic Sales Executive that will help us drive Scalapay’s growth by forging and managing partnerships with global enterprise clients in key industries like Cosmetics, Fashion & Apparel, Beauty, Electronics, and more. As a strategic dealmaker, you’ll collaborate with C-level decision-makers to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions.
What You’ll Do:
Target, pitch, and close enterprise-level partnerships, crafting strategies to expand Scalapay’s presence.
Build trust with CEOs, CMOs, CFOs, and other senior stakeholders, becoming their go-to advisor.
Design sales plans, negotiate contracts, and guide deals from start to finish.
Work with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure client success and shape Scalapay’s growth.
Leverage CRM (Hubspot) and data to track progress, share insights, and exceed targets.
Who You Are:
10+ years of experience,
including 2+ years in enterprise sales across Payments, Fintech, or eCommerce;
A history of closing global deals, smashing targets, and understanding enterprise needs in industries like Fashion, Beauty, Electronics and so on;
You follow a sales methodology, with exceptional negotiation and communication skills;
Big-picture thinker with sharp business acumen and a disciplined sales approach (if you speak MEDDIC its a plus);
Proficient in CRM and analytics tools (Hubspot experience is a premio).

Compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
Expected gross annual base salary: EUR 70,000 - 90,000, plus variable compensation of EUR 20,000 - 40,000 based on performance.
