Job description
- Manage mechanical work packages throughout the construction lifecycle, including installation, coordination, quality assurance and handover.
- Oversee mechanical subcontractors, monitoring site activities, workforce levels, progress and programme delivery.
- Coordinate mechanical installation works with engineering teams, project managers, consultants and other contractors.
- Ensure compliance with site health and safety requirements, quality standards, technical specifications and QA/QC procedures.
- Manage mechanical project schedules, identifying potential delays, design issues and risks to successful delivery.
- Oversee technical documentation, construction drawings, BIM coordination, RFIs and installation work packs.
- Support commercial management, including subcontractor procurement, labour, materials, variations and cost control in conjunction with the commercial team.
- Coordinate inspections, snagging, commissioning-related handover activities and final project documentation, including O&M; manuals and as-built drawings.

Required profile
- Minimum 5 years' experience working with an established engineering or construction contractor.
- Experience coordinating mechanical construction works and managing subcontractors on complex projects.
- Strong understanding of mechanical installation processes, engineering drawings,
project specifications and site quality requirements.
- Familiarity with construction planning software, including Primavera or similar project planning systems, and CAD/BIM processes.
- Ability to manage project schedules, subcontractor performance, technical coordination and competing site priorities.
- Strong organisational, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Good IT skills and proficiency with software used for engineering and construction project delivery.
- Must hold a valid EU passport.
