Alpitronic is seeking a Senior PCBA Manufacturing Technology Engineer to ensure PCBA readiness for industrialization and to drive strong design-for-manufacturing alignment early in development. You will lead DFM/DFA/DFT excellence and own PCBA manufacturing equipment strategy, including SMT/THT lines and related tooling.
You will collaborate with R&D;, NPI, Production, Quality, and EMS partners to define specifications, qualification plans, and readiness gates.
