We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer / Technical Lead with real, strong software development experience and solid knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, to work with an enterprise client in Italy. You will design scalable solutions, lead complex projects technically, and own CI/CD and release management. The working language is Italian. What you will do
* Design and build Salesforce solutions with Apex, Lightning Web Components and Flow across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
* Own the data model, security and integrations with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
* Lead the technical direction of complex projects and guide other developers.
* Run CI/CD and release management with Gearset and Git (GitLab or GitHub). Must have
* Advanced Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Flow
* Hands-on Service Cloud and Sales Cloud experience
* Salesforce architecture: data modelling, security, and integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
* Designing scalable solutions and technically leading complex projects
* CI/CD and release management with Gearset, Git, GitLab or GitHub
* Development best practices, automated testing, code quality and integration architecture
* Fluent Italian, the working language of the project Nice to have
* Salesforce Architect certifications
