* Drafting, updating and implementing maintenance documentation relating to Railpool locomotives operating in Italy, in the context of the ECM II Maintenance Development function in accordance with European Regulation 2019/779, in coordination with the direct manager and the central ECM II functions
* Tracking and managing the hardware and software configuration of the fleet
* Providing technical support to the other ECM functions
* Actively participating in the international ECM II function community
* Supporting the Italy ECM II manager in the continuous improvement of fleet maintenance development
* Monitoring fleet performance in terms of reliability and availability WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
* You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in mechanical, electrical or management engineering disciplines
* You have at least 3 years of experience in technical roles (e.g. design, RAMs, project management), knowledge and experience in the railway business will be a plus
* You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and flexibility
* You have excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
* You enjoy working in a team and are a true team player
* You maintain a detail-oriented mindset and are committed to complying with the quality and safety standards required of you
* You are also able to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
* You are highly proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
* You speak Italian fluently and have at least a B2 certification in English
Salary:
Gross annual salary of €35.000-€38.000, plus a variable premio component. Placement within the salary range depends on the candidate's qualifications, skills and relevant experience.
