What will be your key responsibilities?
- Manage all presales activities with the goal to convert effectively incoming sales leads, ensuring strong performance in terms of conversion and average order value
- Manage customer care daily activities: handling customers' inquiries and requests through emails and calls
- Interact with suppliers to manage customers' requests and negotiate the best solution for the company and its customers
- Work closely with other departments (Logistics, Catalogue Management and Technology) to ensure xivgfpx an excellent level of customer experience
- Customer loyalty and retention initiatives
- Continuously evaluate internal customer care processes and propose business development initiatives
