Job description
16-18 years of experience in PLM, enterprise solution architecture, and large-scale digital transformation programs. Deep expertise in PTC Windchill
- Lead end-to-end Windchill PLM solution architecture and implementation programs.
- Define PLM roadmaps and transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from engineering, manufacturing, quality, and service teams.
- Design scalable and secure Windchill solution architectures.
- Define data models, product structures, workflows, lifecycle states, and governance processes.
- Lead solution design for: Product Data Management (PDM)
- Lead solution design for: Change Management
- Lead solution design for: Configuration Management
- Lead solution design for: Document Management
- Lead solution design for: BOM Management
- Lead solution design for: Manufacturing Process Management
- Architect Windchill integrations with enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, CAD, ALM, and CRM platforms.
- Provide guidance on data migration, system upgrades, and cloud transformation initiatives.
- Lead technical and functional workshops with business stakeholders.
- Establish PLM governance, standards, and best practices.
- Review technical designs and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards.
- Support pre-sales activities, solution estimations, and proposal development.
- Mentor solution architects, technical leads
