One of the most successful law firms, with a clear growth strategy and culture that is open, honest and determined to succeed is now looking to hire a M&A; associate.
You will be part of the corporate group and will be involved in advising many of the world’s leading companies. You will be part of a friendly team will experience not only the general corporate foundations, but more specific technical work on private M&A; (domestic and cross border) private equity, and much more.
The ideal candidate will have gained solid corporate/M&A; experience from a leading Italian or international law firm. You must have an innovative outlook and be keen about being challenged and realizing your full potential. Our client requires individuals that are smart, well rounded and commercially aware. Motivation is a significant factor in the success of a candidate. Our client is looking for an individual that is personable, confident and able to be client facing. The ideal candidates are lawyers with 2/3 PQE, excellent academics and fluent English.
