About the Role (this role belongs to HQ, Central Team):
To turn the ASBC strategy into consistent, measurable execution across every store, brand, format and country, ensuring operational excellence, cost efficiency, product availability and a seamless omnichannel customer experience across the entire retail network.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations & Standards:
retail operations across all countries and formats run as one connected system, with common standards, procedures and compliance.
Performance & Cost Management:
operating costs, margin protection and personnel‑cost optimisation; one common retail scorecard with weekly, monthly and quarterly steering.
Customer Experience Execution:
consistent delivery of the customer journey defined for each format, with CSAT and NPS as core operational metrics.
Supply Chain & Availability:
procurement, forecasting, inventory accuracy, stock levels, replenishment and vendor management to guarantee product availability across markets.
Omnichannel & Retail Technology:
omnichannel model, POS, ERP, CRM and OMS harmonisation, unified stock, online‑to‑store fulfilment,
returns and AI‑enabled operations.
Retail Marketing & Digital:
retail marketing execution and leadership of the Head of Digital & Omnichannel: store traffic, local activation, brand‑funded campaigns, marketing ROI.
Operating Rhythm & Store Openings:
operating cadence connecting the Leadership Board, HQ and stores; operational readiness, standards and staffing for every new opening.
People Leadership & Field Excellence:
high‑performing store, accountability, performance culture, capability development and best‑practice sharing, presence in the field.
Requirements:
Relevant Retail Operations leadership experience in a multi‑country and multi‑store organization, ideally in premium or branded consumer technology. Knowledge of consumer electronics industry is an advantage.
Proven track record in improving store productivity, operating costs, margins and inventory performance.
Strong expertise in store operations, supply chain, retail standards and operational governance.
Hands‑on experience in omnichannel operations and retail technology (POS, ERP, CRM, OMS).
Demonstrated ability to lead geographically dispersed teams and drive change across countries and brands.
Commercially minded, data‑driven and able to translate retail KPIs into clear priorities and measurable business results.
Experience working with global brand principals, vendors and logistics partners.
Track record in new store openings and multi‑country roll‑outs is an advantage.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
