Job Purpose

We are looking for an Industrial BD & Integration Specialist to support the evaluation and execution of external growth opportunities, including M&A; transactions and licensing deals, from a Technical Operations perspective.
The role contributes to the assessment of potential targets across the industrial value chain, focusing on COGS structure, supply chain robustness, quality and compliance track record, manufacturing capabilities, technology readiness and potential technology
