Who We're Looking For
As a Sales Assistant , you will deliver an exceptional customer experience while bringing the K‐Way spirit to life in store. Through your passion for the brand and customer‐focused approach, you will support sales performance, maintain high store standards, and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Key Responsabilities
Deliver exceptional customer service and create engaging shopping experiences.
Inspire customers through your passion for the K‐Way brand and products.
Support the achievement of sales targets and store objectives.
Ensure products are replenished, presented,
and maintained according to brand standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
Handle fitting room and cash desk operations efficiently.
Work collaboratively with the team to drive store success.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required
Previous experience as a Sales Assistant within the fashion and retail industry.
Fluent English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer‐oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.
Reliable, energetic, and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast‐paced retail environment.
Availability to work flexible schedules
Offer Conditions
Fixed‐term Employment Contract (duration: 3 months), with the possibility of future continuation based on performance and business needs.
Working hours: part‐time (20H per week)
Level IV° under the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees of Companies in the Tertiary, Distribution and Services Sectors – Confcommercio (CCNL)
Salary Package: approximately estimated at € 12.500
