About Pan y Mar Pan y mar is an eco-conscious and artisanal beachwear brand founded in July 2024, combining sustainability, contemporary design and a bold Mediterranean spirit. As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for a Sales Agent with a strong network in the fashion industry to support our international expansion and develop new wholesale partnerships across key markets. You will play a key role in expanding pan y mar's presence in international markets by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with retailers, boutiques and premium resortwear destinations. Identify and acquire new wholesale accounts in international markets. Build and maintain relationships with fashion buyers, boutiques and premium retailers. Present our collections to potential stockists and manage the wholesale sales process. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase brand visibility and distribution in target markets. Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, and provide insights into local market dynamics. Proven experience in fashion sales, preferably within swimwear, beachwear, resortwear, or contemporary womenswear.
An established network of buyers and retail contacts in relevant international markets. A strong understanding of the wholesale business and the premium fashion segment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. The opportunity to represent a distinctive, growing beachwear brand with international ambitions. A competitive commission-based compensation structure, directly linked to sales performance. Flexible collaboration with the autonomy to develop your own markets and client portfolio. The opportunity to help shape our international distribution strategy from an early stage. The possibility of transitioning to a fixed-plus-variable compensation structure as the business grows and the collaboration develops. Initially, the role will commission-only, making it particularly suitable for independent sales agents with an existing network of industry contacts and experience developing wholesale business.
