For us lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients /ph3The Opportunity /h3pIn this role you will: /pulliManage large scale construction projects for clients, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, with high quality /liliMonitor the day-to-day activities in the field, managing the flow of information, and reporting and tracking issues arising from progress,qualityand safety /liliAssistin completing the handover plan, ensuring documentation is completed and expectations are met on time and with quality /liliBe a visible leader onsite, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices /liliCoordinate with the client team, consultant team and the contractor on all snagging activities, including the schedule and partner engagement /liliIdentifyissues proactively and work with the team to resolve effectively /liliImplement andmonitorkey project processes, partnering with the client to make improvements and revisions /liliImplement project procedures and use reasonable endeavours to ensure that thisprocedure isalways observed /liliLead and attend key meetings tomonitorprogress, actively collaborate on solving problems and communicate impacts to partners /liliReview proposed variations and delays in the works. /li /ulpWe would love to hear from you if you: /pulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management,



or equivalent experience /lili7+ years of experience managing large, complex construction projects (MEP-heavy)ulliIdeally in the Nordics, with full work rights in Finland /li /ul /liliStrong understanding of CSA, MEP systems, local codes, and statutory requirements, including breaker coordination, switchgear operations, and cooling systems /liliSkilled in contractor/vendor management (RFPs, bidding, change orders), design management, and general project administration /liliCertified in project management (e.g. PMP) or actively working toward certification — support provided /liliProven experience on international projects with awareness of cultural and DEI considerations /liliFamiliar with local construction laws, building codes, and AHJ processes /liliExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and computer skills /liliDetail-oriented, quality-focused, and thrives in a collaborative, open, and purpose-driven team environment /li /ulpAll interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required. /ph3About us /h3pLinesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
