Overview Why This Role Matters As a Junior Associate Content Design, you will play a key role in creating compelling and engaging copy that resonates with audiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop content strategies, ensuring consistency and clarity across all digital and marketing materials. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about storytelling,
has a keen eye for detail, and is eager to learn and grow in the field of content design.
Where You'll Make an Impact Assist in developing and implementing content strategies that align with business objectives.
Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, and marketing materials.
Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure content is visually appealing and on-brand.
Conduct research to understand target audiences and tailor messaging to meet their needs.
Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content design and copywriting.
What You'll Bring to the Team Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity, creativity, and impact.
Basic understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to content creation.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality content.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Additional Experience We Value Experience with UX writing and content design for digital products.
Knowledge of data-driven content optimization and A/B testing.
Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
Understanding of content strategy and how it supports business goals.
