Committed to sustainable practices and expansion within the Italian market, they are seeking an ambitious and hands-on Field Sales Representative to actively develop their customer base within Central Italy.
Your Mission:
- Directly engage with potential clients through proactive field visits (including "door-to-door" activities) to identify and acquire new customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term working relationships with new clients in the assigned territory.
- Present and demonstrate key product samples to potential clients (company car provided for work use and product transport).
- Drive sales growth and achieve clearly defined sales targets in line with the company's expansion objectives in Italy.
- Provide excellent on-the-ground support and build rapport with new customers.

Your Profile:
- Demonstrable success in direct sales and new business development, ideally within a technical or industrial sector.

- Strong ability to build trust and rapport quickly with potential clients.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
- Good English language skills are necessary for communication with the Sales Manager (the Headquarter is in Northern Europe).
