Unox S.p.A., a market leader in high-end oven production and recognized as a Great Place to Work® in Italy for the eighth consecutive year, is looking for a back office employee. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, engaging with them through multiple communication channels. Your goal will be to understand their needs, present the best solutions, and guide them toward a successful purchasing experience.
Main responsibilities
- Develops and qualifies sales opportunities by identifying potential customers, understanding their needs and building long-term relationships.
- Develops existing accounts through follow-up, cross-selling, new product promotion and recurring revenue opportunities.
- Prioritizes leads and prospects in line with the commercial strategy.
- Supports customers and resellers with tailored solutions and follow-up activities.
- Supports the external sales force in customer development, loyalty activities, planning and ongoing projects.
- Analyzes competitors and customer feedback to identify opportunities and provide relevant insights.
- Manages customer interactions and records,
collects the «voc» (Voice of Customer), ensuring information and follow-ups are properly updated and shared with relevant internal departments.
- Standardizes Inside Sales processes and contributes to continuous improvement and the generation of new sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across different platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers remotely.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, messaging platforms, and digital tools.
- Fluency in English, French and /or German are required.
- Bachelor's degree in Languages, Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
- Highly organized, resilient, and goal-oriented.
