pJoin the frontline support team. You will be the first point of contact for customers by phone and email. You will provide roadside assistance, support customers with the brand's app and digital services, and handle general customer service requests for a demanding clientele that expects premium service. /ppbKey responsibilities /b /pulliHandle 30–50 incoming calls and emails per day /liliProvide 24/7 roadside assistance, including breakdown and recovery support, following strict safety guidelines /liliCollect the details needed for each case, including vehicle data, customer details and GPS location /liliSupport customers with the brand's mobile app and digital services, including login, account issues and activating or deactivating features /liliGuide customers through service purchases, appointment booking and vehicle monitoring /liliAnswer first-line enquiries on warranty, maintenance and dealership information /liliManage workshop complaints and goodwill requests,



and elevate complex cases to the back office /li /ulpbRequirements /b /pulliNative-level or C1 Italian /liliB2 English /liliAdvanced PC skills and basic knowledge of Android and iOS /liliExcellent written and oral communication /liliStrong customer focus, problem-solving and multitasking skills /liliTyping speed of at least 25 words per minute with 85% accuracy /liliGeographical knowledge and a driving licence are a plus /li /ulpbWhat
