Adecco is looking for a talented candidate to join a global leader company in the tyre industry as Purchasing Intern – Industrial Services.

You will join the Purchasing team within the Industrial Services department and have the opportunity to be involved in all activities related to the sourcing cycle, according to business needs and supplier agreements. This internship offers hands‑on experience, providing a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic, fast‑paced, and international environment.

Main Activities

You will collaborate with your tutor in:

- Supporting the identification of spending areas and the organization of purchasing processes, with the objective of identifying cost‑saving opportunities and procurement efficiencies.
- Performing cost analysis and developing appropriate market benchmarks to support sourcing decisions.
- Supporting the preparation of internal reports, monitoring procurement activities, and elaborating periodic KPIs.




- Collaborating with Regional Procurement teams and interacting with various internal functions, including Legal, Tax, Administration, R&D;, and Manufacturing.
- Supporting supplier management activities, including the continuous evaluation and assessment of supplier performance.
- Contributing to sourcing projects and procurement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness and value creation.

Requirements

- Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or related disciplines.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional and international environment.
