Job Description
We are looking for a Finance Manager / Financial Controller to support the financial operations of a manufacturing facility in Italy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations and reporting.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Oversee cost controlling, inventory, and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with Italian accounting standards and IFRS.
- Work closely with local management and group finance teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience in manufacturing finance, financial controlling, or cost accounting.
- Knowledge of Italian GAAP (OIC) and IFRS.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Must be based in Italy.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
Big Four audit experience is a plus.
