Freelance Marketing Specialist (CRM & Content) — Italy Location: Remote in Italy (Milan area preferred for occasional team catch-ups)
Contract: Freelance / P.IVA
Time Commitment: Estimated ~20–24 hours/week (Flexible, outcome-based)

We're looking for a creative, hands-on freelance marketer to help us build a brand that Italian consumers truly love.
The Role & What You'll Do You'll work closely with our Country Manager and Growth Marketing Manager to shape how Swappie communicates in Italy. This is a hybrid role blending localized CRM campaign management with creative content production:
CRM & Local Campaigns: Help adapt our global lifecycle communications for the Italian market. You'll bring your own campaign ideas, write engaging Italian copy in Braze, test new email/SMS formats, and track what resonates with our audience.
Content & Creator Strategy: Create fun, authentic short-form videos (UGC) for our paid social channels. You'll get to be on camera yourself, as well as brief, cast, and collaborate with local Italian content creators and adapt global brand assets.
Brand Tone of Voice:
Help ensure our Italian copy feels natural and culturally relevant—whether reviewing AI-translated marketing copy or refining our Italian brand glossary.
What We're Looking For Fluent in Italian with excellent copywriting skills, plus professional working English to collaborate with our international team.
Experience in marketing, CRM, e-commerce, or content creation (in an agency, in-house, or through your own freelance projects).
Comfort being on camera and basic experience filming and editing mobile-first videos (TikTok / Reels format).
A curious, proactive mindset: you love trying new ideas, testing creative concepts, and learning from the results.
Everyday use of AI tools and familiarity with modern platforms like Braze (or similar CRM tools) is a great plus.
What We Offer Flexibility & Freedom: We estimate this scope takes around 3 days (approx. 20–24 hours) per week, but some weeks will be busier and others lighter. We focus on outcomes and impact, not clocking hours.
Real Ownership: You'll work directly with our Country Manager on Italy's strategy, have full ownership of a real revenue line with a budget to run tests, and see the direct impact of your work on our growth.
Supportive Team: Fully remote flexibility with occasional, relaxed in-person co-working days with the local team.
