coordinate resources and ensure URS alignment /li liPerform basic and detailed design activities per Nestlé standards and regulatory requirements /li liCoordinate FAT/SAT, risk analysis, and supplier/contractor activities for installation and commissioning /li liEnsure training, SHE compliance, and readiness for validation, line acceptance, and start-up /li liSupport smooth transition to operations, manage line start-up and ramp-up, and track project performance /li liDeliver technical reporting, lessons learned, and environmentally sustainable solutions /li /ul h3Requisiti fondamentali /h3 ul li3 years of experience as leader/senior engineer in capital investment projects in the food industry /li liExperience leading cross-functional teams in project or manufacturing environments /li liFactory operations exposure with emphasis on end-of-line integration, material handling and intralogistics /li liFluent written and spoken English; Italian knowledge is an advantage /li liExperience with FAT/SAT, start-up activities and budget tracking /li liKnowledge of AGV interfaces and production-line integration is an asset /li /ul ul licross-functional collaboration /li lirisk management and problem-solving /li liproactive SHE/risk-prevention mindset /li licapital investment project management /li liFAT/SAT and start-up execution /li liline integration for Filling Packing /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
