With nearly 2,000 projects completed and numerous awards, Pininfarina places people at the center, creating innovative experiences that integrate aesthetics, technology, and the digital dimension. /p h3We are looking for CHIEF BRAND MARKETING OFFICER /h3 pThe selected candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of brand management and development, communications, and marketing strategies that drive community engagement, build institutional identity, advance visibility, and increase revenue, working in close partnership with the other department and Business Units. /p ul liLead the global external communication strategy, ensuring alignment with group objectives and consistency across all regions. /li liDevelops and defines the global branding and marketing plan, in accordance to the long -term strategic plan and the annual targets set by the company, ensuring alignment and adaptation of activities across Business Units and legal entities. /li liDevelops and oversees overall brand strategy and management, advertising, promotion, digital marketing including social media, merchandising, public relations, and executive communications /li liDefine and maintain global standards for corporate image and branding,
ensuring consistent application across all entities. . /li liStrengthen connections with global trade associations and industry groups to support corporate objectives and influence industry standards. /li liManage corporate and regional media relations, crafting and distributing press releases that align with global strategies. Serve as representative and spokesperson for the institution, in the field, and media. /li liParticipates in various professional events, overseeing their coordination and ensuring their successful delivery. /li liOversee global community relations initiatives to enhance corporate reputation and social responsibility across all regions. /li liLead the internal communication strategy for the entire group, promoting transparency, engagement, and alignment across entities. /li liDirect execution of internal communication through various channels, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across the group. /li liCoordinate newsletters and formal communications at corporate as well as Business Units level. /li /ul h3Qualifications: /h3 ul liEducation: Master's degree in marketing / communication / business administration /li liExperience: 15+ years of experience in public and media relations; and brand and digital strategies. /li liExperience in project management, data management and analysis. /li liA high level of professional integrity, diplomacy,
and discretion when handling sensitive issues. /li liLanguages: Excellent knowledge of English (second and more languages are a plus) /li liData analysis, budgeting, and forecasting /li liKnowledge of mail internation media (mobility and/or architecture and/or nautical and /or industrial design) /li liWriting and editing skills /li liSocial media management /li liExperience of global communication and public relation strategy and execution /li liKnowledge of the design market (mobility and/or architecture and/or nautical and /or industrial design) /li liE xperience of luxury brand positioning and marketing strategy development (fashion and/or living and/or luxury products) /li liKnowledge of business development and sales distribution channels with a customer-oriented approach for both B2B and B2C business (e.g., scouting, market intelligence, proposal drafting, negotiation, contract management, go-to-market strategy, retail network development) /li liManagerial and leadership skills /li liDeveloping media campaigns physical events /li /ul h3We offer: /h3 ul liInquadramento: Dirigente /li liRange of Gross Annual Salary (RAL) 120.000€-150.000€+ 23% MBO (premio) + supplementary health insurance and company car for mixed (business and personal) use /li liFlexible
