- and who get excited about making a real-world impact with data. /ph3Job description /h3ulliLead ALM transformation and process consulting initiatives using PTC Codebeamer. /liliConduct workshops with business stakeholders to understand current and future-state processes. /liliDefine and implement ALM processes, workflows, templates, and governance models. /liliGather, analyse, and document business requirements. /liliConfigure and validate Codebeamer solutions to support customer requirements. /liliDefine and maintain Requirements Management, Change Management, Risk Management, Defect Management, and Test Management processes. /liliEstablish end-to-end traceability across requirements, design, testing, defects, and releases. /liliProvide best-practice recommendations for Agile, Hybrid, and V-Model development methodologies. /liliSupport process harmonisation across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and regulatory functions. /liliCreate functional specifications, process documentation, training materials, and user guides. /liliFacilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business sign-off activities. /liliCollaborate with technical teams for integrations with PLM, ERP, DevOps, and other enterprise systems. /liliSupport stakeholder management, governance reviews, and executive presentations.
