An established luxury fashion brand is looking for a Senior Client Advisor – VIC & Private Clients to join its flagship boutique in Milan.

The role focuses on managing and developing relationships with Very Important Clients (VICs) and private clients, delivering an exclusive, personalized shopping experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing a high-value client portfolio, attracting new customers and driving sales through proactive clienteling, private appointments and tailored follow-ups.

- Strong clienteling skills and proven ability to build long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
- Commercial mindset, with a track record of achieving sales targets and developing repeat business.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with international luxury clientele.




- Strong product knowledge and appreciation for premium materials, craftsmanship and understated luxury.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, personalized client outreach and remote selling.
- Discretion, professionalism and a customer-centric approach.

Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably in high-end menswear, luxury outerwear or premium Italian fashion brands .
- Proven experience managing VICs and private clients in a luxury boutique environment.
- Ability to develop and retain a portfolio of high-value customers.
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
- Passion for fashion, craftsmanship and the luxury lifestyle. xysqume

What We Offer:
- Gross annual salary (RAL): €70,000–€90,000 , plus MBO to be defined and meal vouchers.
