INFUSE is looking for a detail-oriented B2B proofreader to join our team. This role is responsible for editing and proofreading long-form and short-form content to ensure it is accurate, polished, on-brand, and aligned with client goals. The right candidate is a strong communicator who can collaborate with writers and internal teams to maintain high-quality content and keep projects moving forward. xysqume
Responsibilities: Edit and proofread B2B content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, usage, clarity, consistency, and brand voice
Ensure content aligns with client style guides, editorial standards, messaging, and project requirements
Provide clear, constructive feedback to writers
Cross-check references, claims, data, and source material for accuracy
Identify factual inconsistencies, unsupported statements, and potential plagiarism
Collaborate with writers, designers, and other departments
Review and occasionally revise internal documents and client-facing materials
Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines
Maintain a high standard of quality across all reviewed content
Qualifications: Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Strong understanding of grammar, punctuation, syntax, style, and usage
Experience editing and proofreading long-form and short-form content
1+ year of proofreading or editing experience
1+ year of writing experience
Familiarity with style guides and brand voice requirements
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Highly organized, adaptable, proactive, and solutions-oriented
Able to work EST hours
