You will develop program plans, milestones, and success metrics, ensuring alignment across projects and long-term strategy. This position must be based at our operational headquarters in Turin. - Ensure alignment and prioritization with objectives, scope, product roadmap and business goals
- Develop program plans, milestones, and success metrics
- Ensure alignment across projects and long‑term strategy Coordination & execution
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams`s activities supporting the product development programs
- Manage interdependencies within and between projects
- Ensure timely delivery within scope and budget Monitoring & reporting
- Track program progress, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Provide regular updates and reporting to stakeholders
- Identify issues early and implement corrective actions Resource & operations management
- Oversee operational processes and ensure efficiency
- Coordinate logistics and execution activities, including prototypes allocation and delivery Risk & stakeholder management
- Identify risks and define mitigation strategies
- Manage stakeholder communication and expectations

- Strong ownership, accountability, and a forward‑thinking proactive approach to problem solving
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is a strong plus

- Working knowledge of electronics development lifecycle (PCB design, prototyping, validation, manufacturing)
- Familiarity with embedded systems / firmware constraints (real‑time, memory, power)
- Understanding of cloud architectures (APIs, microservices, IoT platforms)
- Experience managing programs from concept – EVT/DVT/PVT – mass production – EOL
- Exposure to hardware ramp‑up and supply chain constraints

- €51,600.00 annual (Gross) The above pay range reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay range for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. This range includes two additional months of pay as part of the annual salary. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm.
