For our Helicopters Division we are seeking a highly motivated SubSystem Engineer to join our Avionics Systems Development Engineering team, focusing on Display Systems and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI). The candidate will be involved in the design and development of safety-critical avionics applications using Model-Based Design (MBD) methodologies, with a strong emphasis on graphical systems, pilot interaction, and human factors. The role covers the full design and development subsystem lifecycle, including system modeling, HMI design, graphical implementation, SW integration, SW requirement definition, verification, and certification, ensuring compliance with aerospace standards and usability requirements. The focus of the development is in the Application SW and its integration on the platform (HW and Low Level SW).



Contribute to the design and development of embedded software for avionics display systems (e.g., PFD, MFD, Touchscreens Controls, Helmet Mounted Displays) applying Model-Based Design methodologies Implement graphic of touchscreen display with a proper HMI with particular attention to Flight Test Operations pilot workload Integrate Application SW on target systems Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (hardware, software, system engineering) Requirements degree in Engineering technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Electronic, Electric, Telecommunication, Automation Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering) Proven experience with Matlab Simulink and SW development (C/C++) knowledge of Real Time Safety Critical Embedded SW development aspects interest in Human Machine Interface (HMI) aspects Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams Proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement Hybrid ~ Contract type: Permanent contract ~Performance premio linked to business results ~ Welfare vouchers worth €250 per year ~ Ongoing training and professional development opportunities, including both technical and soft skills ~ Well-being: We place the economic, physical, social, and psychological well-being of our people first, offering a variety of solutions tailored to their needs.
