Il Lupo Affitta is looking for a Remote Sales Representative with C2 English proficiency (the highest CEFR level) based in Italy to make outbound sales calls in English across different English-speaking markets.

This is a newly created position, starting with a paid one-month pilot. At the end of the month, we will review the results and decide whether to continue. Any extension and its terms will be discussed and agreed at that point; continuation is not guaranteed.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers in English.

Understand customer needs, present our offer clearly and handle objections professionally.

Follow up with interested prospects and work towards closing sales.

Keep accurate records of calls, follow-ups and sales outcomes.

Share feedback to help improve our sales approach during the pilot.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

English proficiency at CEFR C2 level (the highest level), with exceptional spoken and written command of the language. You must be able to conduct complex sales calls, negotiate, handle objections and understand subtle nuances with ease, precision and spontaneity. This requirement concerns demonstrated language skills,

regardless of nationality or first language.

Based in Italy and available to work remotely.

Good listening, communication and objection-handling skills.

Reliability, organisation and the ability to work independently from home.

A stable internet connection and a quiet place to make calls.

Previous experience in telephone sales or outbound sales is an advantage.

Availability to agree calling times suited to the target markets.

PAY AND WORKING ARRANGEMENTS

Fixed base pay of €10 net per hour worked, plus commission for each closed sale.

Commission amounts, payment conditions and working hours will be agreed before the assignment starts.

Fully remote work from Italy.

Initial duration: one month, paid, as a test of this new position.

At the end of the month, we will evaluate the pilot and discuss any possible continuation.
