You’ll be at the intersection of implementation and analysis: ensuring data is properly collected, transformed, and made actionable across the company. /p h3Skills and Experience /h3 ul liProficiency in developing and conveying CRO and Digital Analytics strategies in simple terms. /li liAbility to independently draft detailed requirements/implementation documents. /li liClear and proper communication of technical activities to developers. /li liDaily use of Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and familiarity with technical implementation as well as data analysis. /li liDaily use of tools for user experience intelligence (Contentsquare, Hotjar, Clarity…) /li liDaily use of Consent Management Platform tools and direct management of common technical privacy issues. /li liUnderstanding and ability to explain basic concepts of inferential and Bayesian statistics. /li liHands-on experience with Javascript, HTML, CSS. /li liA clear inclination for continuous learning. /li liKnowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices. /li liFluent English language skills, both spoken and written. /li liFluent Italian language skills,
