You will operate in a constantly evolving scenario, where national and international regulations intertwine with market and public opinion expectations on crucial topics such as ethics, transparency, and corporate governanceSpecifically you will be tasked with:Analysing issues concerning domestic direct and indirect taxation and offering ongoing advice to companies; Expressing opinions on Italian and international tax matters (CFCs, blacklists, permanent establishments, withholding tax, etc.); Analysing the taxation of extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, contributions, etc.); Tax compliance.You will be involved innationalandinternational projects, working alongside highly qualified professionals and acquiring top-level skills through interaction with the brightest minds in the field.Come As You Are – Your Skills and ProfileThis opportunity is perfect for you if:You hold a Master’s degree in Economics (LM 77 or LM 56)
