About this opportunity
Junior or intermediate-level professional responsible for managing customer relationships and coordinating the delivery of multiple real estate construction projects, including new builds and refurbishments.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supporting Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives
- Positively engaging with customers and developing, growing and maintaining customer relationships
- Delivering high-quality services and deliverables ensuring that services meet our customers’ requirements.
- Administering contracts as a contract administrator, employer’s agent or project manager.
- Producing and presenting to customers
- Preparing bids for services.
- Managing service delivery for profit.
- Advising directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or may arise, on projects; in particular those that might impact on Gleeds professional indemnity (PI) insurance..
- Remaining in the remit of your role and when additional responsibilities need to be carried out, conduct this in a fully informed manner with the approval of your line manager.

Who we’re looking for:Experience, Knowledge And Key Skills
- 2-4 years of experience managing construction (real estate / buildings) projects in Italy.
- Knowledge of national technical requirements applied to the construction sector.
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Methodical way of thinking and approach to work.
- Excellent numeracy skills.
- Sound ICT skills, with a high proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Italian and English.
- Eligible to work in Italy.
Qualifications
- Degree - Building Engineering, Architecture or similar
