pIn this role you drive high-impact HR transformation programs for enterprise clients, focusing on cloud HCM platforms. You will join the Digital team within Marsh People and Investments to guide end-to-end HCM technology adoption and delivery. You’ll map and optimize HR processes, design delivery models, and lead client engagements across industries. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you shape HRIS implementations and contribute to a culture of innovation and knowledge growth. /p ul liinsurance coverages /li lifacultative health assistance /li lioptional stock purchase plan /li lilearning programs and well-being initiatives /li liCoordinate end-to-end HCM and technology adoption projects for clients /li liPrepare business cases and technical assessments for HR IT systems /li liAnalyze current HR processes and identify more efficient workflows /li liContribute to delivery models for HR services /li liAct as focal point for clients in HR transformation and technology selection /li liMap end-to-end HR processes and collaborate with HR Advisory on improvements /li liImplement HRIS systems and support all project phases /li liLearn Mercer’s standard tools and methodologies /li liSupport development of new business opportunities and intellectual capital /li liCoordinate project teams and develop management and leadership skills /li liExperience in Digital Transformation /li liProject experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, and at least one certification in these technologies /li liExperience in HR/HCM consulting firms /li liStrong background in HR system architecture, data flows, and processes /li liInterest in innovation, process re‑engineering, organizational design, analytics, and tech trends /li liExperience managing direct and indirect teams /li liExcellent relationship-management with vendors, suppliers, clients /li liStrong organizational and communication skills /li liFluent English for international projects /li lileadership /li listakeholder-management /li lianalytical thinking /li liWorkday /li liSAP SuccessFactors /li liOracle /li /ul pHCM Consulting - Experienced pescara, abruzzo, it /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
