h3Job Overview /h3pTo support the delivery of research, innovation and development projects within the construction sector. Working with Senior Project Managers and Project Directors, you will coordinate project activities, engage with clients and stakeholders, and help deliver projects to agreed time, cost and quality objectives. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the delivery of innovation, research and development projects across the construction sector. /liliManage workstreams and smaller commissions under the supervision of senior project leadership. /liliCoordinate project activities to ensure delivery against agreed objectives and milestones. /liliSupport the development and maintenance of project programmes, schedules and action trackers. /liliFacilitate meetings and workshops with clients, contractors, consultants and technology providers. /liliAssist in the management of multidisciplinary project teams. /liliPrepare project documentation, reports, presentations and meeting minutes. /liliSupport the implementation of project governance, processes and controls. /liliEnsure compliance with Business Management System requirements. /liliComply with TT risk management processes and procedures. /liliAssist in identifying, managing and monitoring project risks and opportunities. /liliSupport quality assurance activities across project deliverables. /liliMonitor project performance against key milestones and performance indicators. /liliAssist with procurement activities relating to research, consultancy and construction services where required. /liliContribute to the management of project information and document control processes. /liliCoordinate communication between project stakeholders and ensure timely information flow. /liliSupport the preparation of business cases, feasibility studies and innovation proposals. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Sustainability, Innovation Management or a related discipline. /liliExperience working on innovation, RD, digital construction,
sustainability or technology implementation projects. /lili2-5 years' experience in construction, infrastructure, engineering, innovation or project management environments. /liliExperience supporting project delivery within multidisciplinary teams. /liliStrong organisational and stakeholder management skills. /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Project. /li /ulh3Desirable /h3ulliExperience with innovation, RD, sustainability or digital construction projects. /liliKnowledge of BIM, Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) or emerging construction technologies. /liliWorking towards a professional qualification such as APM, PRINCE2, RICS or CIOB. /li /ulpOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
