You will be the go-to person ensuring fast, effective, and transparent resolutions for customer cases. By routing important inquiries, conducting root cause analyses, and acting as a subject matter expert in development projects, you will ensure our customers receive top-tier technical assistance while driving continuous product improvement. /ph3bKey responsibilities /b /h3ulliReceive, track, and resolve technical claims, tickets, and inquiries regarding loader loader heavy and superheavy cranes, parts, and accessories /liliProvide on-site field support, perform technical audits, and conduct field investigations within your area of expertise /liliEstablish detailed problem reports, facilitate cross-functional root cause analyses, and manage the Product Life Cycle (PLC) support process /liliAct as the communication bridge by ensuring efficient feedback loops between customers, RD, Quality Assurance, and regional management /liliParticipate in New Product Development (NPD) projects as a subject matter expert and recommend process or product modifications /liliPlan and execute technical training,



capture ongoing training needs, and help distribute service letters and product recalls. /li /ulh3bWhat we are looking for /b /h3ulliAcademic degree in engineering (or equivalent technical education) with some years of experience in technical service, workshop, or design within load handling equipment /liliStrong fact-based problem-solving skills with hands‑on experience using customer support IT systems, ticketing processes, and technical diagnostics /liliFluent in English (C1 level required); proficiency in Spanish or Italian is a strong advantage /liliValid driver’s licenses for both passenger cars and trucks, as well as a crane operator license- is it applicable for this position? /liliCustomer-focused, highly communicative team player willing to travel up to 60-80 days per year. /li /ulh3bWhat we offer /b /h3pAs a part of our Employees First culture, we offer opportunities to grow within a dynamic environment that values flexibility and your well-being.
