YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESSi assicuri di leggere l'intera descrizione riportata di seguito e di candidarsi immediatamente se è sicuro/a di soddisfare tutti i requisiti.Coordinate cost reduction initiatives across R&D, Purchasing, Industrial Engineering, Production, Quality, and Product ManagementDrive execution of approved initiatives through structured project management practicesLead the end-to-end implementation of the Valuemize platform within the organization; coordinate internal and external stakeholders involved in the implementation projectDefine governance, roles, responsibilities, and workflows associated with the use of the toolPrepare executive reports and management presentations on program status and resultsEstablish standard operating procedures and best practices for value management activitiesYOUR QUALIFICATIONS & ST> KSDegree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or Management Engineering or a related technical fieldProject Management certification is preferredPrevious yearsof professional experience managing complex projects and programs,managing cross-functional projects and transformation initiativesExperience in cost reduction, value engineering, product cost optimization, or continuous improvement programsExperience implementing business processes, digital tools, or enterprise software solutions is highly desirableStrong knowledge of project management methodologies; practical experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project or equivalent platformsUnderstanding of product cost structures, business cases, and financial analysis; familiarity with Value Engineering (VE) and Value Analysis (VA) methodologiesFluency in English, Italian and/or German as an advantageOUR COMMITMENTInnovative work environment in a young,
