In this role you will lead the integration program for Deel’s product suite, guiding customers and internal teams through API-driven implementations. You’ll act as the primary contact for onboarding and success teams on integrations, troubleshoot issues, and steer projects from plan to deployment. Your work enables SMB to enterprise customers to deploy seamless integrations at scale, shaping how Deel’s platform connects with client systems. and testingDevelop tailored integration plans and schedules based on client needsWork with the Integrations and API Product team to address common challengesMaintain deep knowledge of Deel’s product suite and its integrationsCreate and update internal and external resources for self-serve integrationsCommunicate regularly with Onboarding Managers and CSMs about project status and issuesGuide customers through integration, troubleshooting, and ensuring successful deployment2-5 years in Technical Consulting, Implementation Project Management, or Support in a B2B SaaS environmentStrong understanding of API integrationsProven project management skills with a proactive, action-oriented xysqume approachExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with senior client stakeholders and internal teamsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlinesExperience with HRIS and ERP systems like QuickBooks, NetSuite, Workday and SAPFamiliarity with SQL or other query languages is a plusCollaborative with senior stakeholdersProactive problem solvingAPI integrationsExperience with HRIS/ERP systems: QuickBooks, NetSuite, Workday, SAPSystems Integration Manager | EMEA lecce, puglia, it#J-18808-Ljbffr
