Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!La descrizione completa del lavoro illustra tutte le competenze, l'esperienza pregressa e le qualifiche che i candidati dovrebbero possedere.Responsibilities:Knows all the products made and the relative critical issues through the conduct of appropriate laboratory test (MFI tests, use of traction machines, dimensional controls of parts, validation with PPAP report)Identifies, formalises and manages internal and third-parties complaints, taking action to resolve and reporting on the situationKnows all products and criticalities and reacts to anomalies in moulding, extrusion and broom making processesPerforms internal auditsPrepares quality control procedures for internal and external production, converting SDDC control cards into control procedures and proposing appropriate control parametersAdditional ResponsibilitiesContributes to compliance and implementation of the 16 Global Quality Areas, further developing the internal programAutomates and improves the company's quality management system, develops and implements the company's SharePointInserts data related to controls and quality issues and deals with analysing and preparing reportsDefines the functions of the Manufacturing Execution System for the Quality sectorEstablishes corrective actions for non-conformance and ensures timely resolutionOrganisationDirectly Reports to: QA Manager or Regional Quality ManagerNo direct reportsInteractions (Internal & External)SEO/Plant ManagerOperations EngineeringR&DProcurement Supply Chain ManagementExternal SuppliersLocal HSE / LEAN ExpertsQualificationsProfessional Experience and EducationBachelor's degree in Quality preferred,
