Location: Milan, Italy – South EastSe desidera conoscere i requisiti per questo ruolo, continui a leggere per trovare tutte le informazioni pertinenti.Sector: Data Centre Construction / Digital EngineeringRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to support the delivery of a major data centre construction project in Milan. The successful candidate will manage BIM processes, coordinate multidisciplinary models and ensure effective integration between design, construction, modular assembly and offsite operations.The role requires someone capable of bridging the gap between digital design and physical construction, identifying clashes and constructability issues early, and supporting efficient delivery across complex MEP and structural work packages.Candidates with data centre, mission-critical, industrial or modular construction experience are particularly encouraged to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement and manage project BIM execution plans, standards, workflows and information exchange procedures.Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models covering architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and public health systems.Manage model federation, clash detection and design coordination processes.Identify and resolve spatial conflicts, constructability issues and installation sequencing challenges before works reach site.Coordinate BIM deliverables between consultants, engineering teams, subcontractors, manufacturers and construction personnel.Support the integration of offsite prefabrication,



modular assemblies and installation requirements into coordinated models.Ensure models and technical information remain aligned with construction drawings, revisions and project requirements.Manage model quality, information consistency and compliance with agreed BIM standards.Facilitate coordination meetings and track the resolution of design clashes and technical queries.Support construction sequencing, 4D planning and quantity or information extraction where required.Maintain appropriate digital information management processes and support as-built documentation and handover deliverables.Candidate RequirementsProven experience as a BIM Manager, BIM Coordinator or Digital Construction Manager on complex construction or engineering projects.Strong experience coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models, preferably on MEP-intensive developments.Data centre, mission-critical infrastructure, modular construction or large industrial project experience is highly desirable.Proficiency with relevant BIM software and coordination tools, such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud, or equivalent platforms.Strong understanding of MEP systems, structural coordination, clash detection and construction sequencing.Experience managing BIM execution plans, model standards, information exchanges and technical deliverables.Ability to communicate effectively with design, engineering, construction and offsite production teams.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and the ability to work to project deadlines. xysqume Professional working proficiency in English; Italian would be advantageous.#J-18808-Ljbffr
