In a fast-paced development environment focused on growth and innovation, you will be responsible for translating requirements into code to create, improve and maintain high-quality software. /ph3Role Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and maintain back-end applications and services in Python, contributing to the evolution of the platform towards modern, cloud-native architectures. /liliDesign, implement, and optimize PostgreSQL-based solutions, ensuring high performance, reliability, and data quality. /liliIntegrate APIs, third‑party services, and authentication systems, enabling seamless communication between applications and platform components. /liliSupport the deployment and operation of applications in AWS environments, leveraging Docker containers and CI/CD pipelines to automate development and release processes. /liliCollaborate with cross‑functional teams throughout the entire software development lifecycle, providing support for front‑end components when required. /liliContribute to the continuous improvement of code quality through code reviews, testing, automation, and the use of AI‑powered development tools.



/li /ulh3What skills are we looking for? /h3ulliAt least 1 year of experience in software development, preferably in back‑end development with Python. /liliSolid knowledge of Python and the ability to understand, maintain, and enhance existing codebases. /liliGood understanding of relational databases and SQL, preferably with PostgreSQL. /liliExperience using Git for version control and familiarity with CI/CD principles and workflows. /liliBasic knowledge of Linux environments and command‑line tools, including the ability to create and modify simple Bash scripts. /liliUnderstanding of core web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and key server‑side development concepts. /liliFamiliarity with REST APIs, web communication protocols, and testing/debugging tools such as Postman. /liliInterest in AI‑powered software development and familiarity with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools. /liliExposure to C/C++ development and familiarity with AWS cloud services and infrastructure will be considered a plus. /liliAdvanced proficiency in English (C1 level). /li /ulh3Company Values /h3pENTREPRENEURSHIP - is the engine that drives us to excel, innovate and challenge ourselves for our own success and that of our company.
