At the same time, you will have the opportunity to lead organisational change, develop people, and help define what a world-class testing organisation should look like within a growing international business. /ppFor professionals who enjoy transformation, leadership, and making a visible impact, this role offers a rare opportunity to influence both the future organisation and the future products of ARAG. /ph3Role and Responsibilities /h3ulliLead and coordinate testing and validation activities across software, hardware, system, field and certification testing functions. /liliManage and develop testing teams while fostering collaboration across different testing disciplines. /liliDefine, improve and standardise testing methodologies, processes and validation frameworks.



/liliSupport the planning and execution of validation activities throughout the product development lifecycle. /liliEnsure products are validated effectively and released within agreed project timelines. /liliEvaluate and improve testing facilities, equipment, tools and overall testing capabilities. /liliCollaborate closely with RD, Software, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management and Regulatory stakeholders. /liliDrive organisational improvements and support the integration of separate testing functions into one coordinated structure. /liliManage external testing partners and laboratories when specialised validation support is required. /liliContribute to future growth plans by assessing team capabilities, resource needs and long-term testing strategy. /li /ulh3Skills and Qualifications /h3h3Must-Haves /h3ulliPrevious experience leading a testing, validation or quality-related organisation or department. /liliPeople leadership experience with the ability to lead and develop technical teams. /liliStrong knowledge of testing methodologies, validation processes and continuous improvement practices. /liliExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills. /liliExperience driving process improvements and implementing structured ways of working. /liliEnglish language skills at B2 level or higher.
