About the Role
As an HR Specialist in the Employer of Record (EOR) industry, you’ll be a key business partner to our clients, not just a service provider. You’ll sit at the intersection of global expansion and workforce management- advising clients on complex HR matters across Southern Europe who speaks fluent Italian.
You’ll own the full employee lifecycle, act as their trusted in-country HR expert, and ensure smooth operations, compliance, and growth.
What You Will Do
- Employee Experience & Lifecycle Support: Act as the primary HR contact for onboarding, lifecycle events, and terminations to ensure a smooth and compliant employee experience.
- Complex Employee Relations & Terminations: Manage sensitive cases, attend calls or meetings, and draft legally sound documentation.
- Partner Management: Build and manage relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and HR legal advisors.
- International HR & Consultation: Be the first point of contact for client queries on benefits, compliance, and workforce planning.
- In-Country Expertise: Stay ahead of labor laws and cultural nuances in Southern Europe to provide actionable guidance.
- Employment Law & Contract Advisory: Review and advise on employment contracts and risk mitigation.
- Performance & Compensation Support: Guide clients through Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and ensure timely salary changes.
- Immigration & Mobility: Act as SPOC for employees’ immigration/mobility needs in collaboration with the Global Mobility team.
