The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely preparation of specifications for programmers according to backlog priorities, eliminating roadblocks, and supporting effort definition during the prioritization process. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our design platform by fostering collaboration across departments, improving communication flows, and ensuring that technical specifications are well understood and effectively implemented. The role requires someone who is comfortable engaging with engineers, R&D; specialists, and software developers, and who can confidently navigate technical discussions across multiple domains. How you’ll make an impactLead and develop a growing team of Domain Experts responsible for design platform specificationsEnsure that specifications are prepared in a timely manner and aligned with backlog prioritiesAct as a key liaison between R&D;, engineering,
