Collaborate with the best As a Senior Specialist Logistics Process & Digital Tools Professional within the Industrial & Energy Technology (IET) organization, you will be responsible for driving the standardization, optimization and digitalization of logistics processes across the end-to-end supply chain. You will act as the bridge between Logistics Operations and Digital Technology, translating business and process needs into clear digital requirements and working closely with technology teams throughout the solution development lifecycle. Your role cover the end-to-end logistics flow, including Transportation, Inbound, Warehouse Management, Picking, Outbound and Customs, with a particular focus on Warehouse Management processes and systems.Vuole candidarsi? Legga tutte le informazioni su questa posizione qui sotto, poi prema il pulsante per candidarsi.As Senior Specialist Logistics Process & Digital Tools Professional, you will be responsible for:Hold, standardize and optimize end-to-end logistics processes across IET, covering transportation, inbound, warehouse management, picking, outbound and customs, promoting simplification, scalable solutions, common ways of working and best practicesTranslate operational needs into clear functional requirements, collaborating with Digital Technology, development teams and other relevant stakeholders to ensure end-to-end process alignment and effective user experienceAct as the key process owner throughout the digital solution lifecycle, from process evaluation and requirements definition through development, testing, deployment and post-implementation supportSupport and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defining test scenarios, executing test cases, identifying defects and validating solutions before deploymentLeverage good ERP knowledge, particularly Oracle, to assess impacts, define requirements and support the implementation and evolution of logistics solutions, while driving WMS evolution and adoption in alignment with warehouse operations and standard processesIdentify opportunities to improve reporting, analytics and process visibility,



including tools such as OBIEE and other reporting solutionsIdentify and support the implementation of automation and Artificial Intelligence opportunities across logistics processes, working with Digital Technology and development teams on solutions such as RPA and AI-enabled applicationsSupport change management, training and user adoption and continuous improvement following the implementation of new processes and digital solutionsFuel your passionTo be successful in this role, you will:Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business or related fieldHave 5-8 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, process management, digital transformation or a related fieldPossess Solid understanding of end-to-end logistics processes, including transportation, inbound, warehouse management, picking, outbound and customsHave experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle, and a good understanding of how ERP solutions support logistics processesHave experience in digital projects and be able to translate business and process requirements into functional and system requirementsPossess Good process analysis, problem-solving and continuous improvement skillsBe Fluent in Italian and EnglishDesired CharacteristicsUnderstand Manufacturing and Logistics as one connected value stream and optimize the overall business outcome rather than a single functionCreate structure, drives strategies, deal with risks and keeps diverse teams focused on delivery, adoption and business valueBe comfortable with navigating multi-layered ERP landscapes and evolving business prioritiesSelect technology based on the business problem and user need, avoiding the digitalization of unnecessary complexityEngage users early, address adoption barriers and help embedding new processes as the standard way of workingBalance common enterprise blueprints with site-specific realities and contribute to solutions that can be reused across locationsPossess excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with a validated ability to engage stakeholders and influence outcomes across all organizational levelsExplore emerging technologies while maintaining focus on feasibility, data readiness, cybersecurity, maintainability and measurable valueWork in a way that works for youWe recognise that everyone is different and the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best varies.
