h3The Impact You'll Make /h3 pAt Danfoss Climate Solutions, we are looking for a Segment Marketing Manager to join our Controls Thermal Management (CTM) division and drive regional marketing strategies across Europe. /p pIn this role, you will translate market insights, customer needs, and industry trends into application-driven strategies and value propositions. Working closely with Sales, Product Management, RD, and Global Segment Marketing, you will help strengthen our market positioning and identify new growth opportunities. /p pThe position can be based in Venice (Italy), Lyon (France), or Madrid (Spain). /p h3What You’ll Be Doing /h3 ul liDeveloping and implementing regional marketing strategies for HVAC-R focusing on refrigeration applications, in collaboration with Sales and Global Segment Marketing. /li liTranslating customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights into compelling application-driven value propositions. /li liGathering and analyzing market intelligence and Voice of Customer (VoC) feedback to identify business opportunities and support strategic decisions. /li liCollaborating with Product Management and RD to translate market requirements into product roadmaps and support successful product launches. /li liPartnering with Sales and Marketing Communications to develop effective messaging, strengthen customer engagement, and promote CTM solutions. /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul liA degree in Thermal, Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. /li liAt least 5 years of experience in segment marketing, product management, product development, or a comparable technical-commercial role. /li liStrong knowledge of HVAC-R technologies and applications, preferably within the refrigeration industry. /li liExcellent analytical, communication,
