With $6.9 billion in sales, a strong customer base and global reach spanning nearly 70 countries, we are uniquely positioned to deliver greater value to our customers and create new opportunities for our people.We are currently seeking a Quality Analyst - to join our dynamic team in Tognana, Italy!Role DescriptionThe Quality Analyst is part of the Tognana TM Quality team and participates to the key activities of the team related to the daily-weekly-monthly-on demand and other periodical reporting, monitoring, planning and analysis of Quality data /performances aimed to lead actions to the continuous improvement / prevention of repetitive issues.What You Will Be Doing -Support the Quality Team and, on demand, other company functions on:Daily-weekly-Monthly and other periodical Quality performance review and forecasting of identified KPIs parameters and cost categoriesPreparation, improvement and development of management reporting in accordance with Vertiv standards,
Top Management Quality inputProvide ad-hoc analysis in reference to key decision-making processEnsure data integrity in ERP and BI systems (Oracle, Power BI, NCs Management, 8D Reports, other) through enquire, investigation and analysisSupport in developing Tognana management KPIs through Power BI reportingManage and issue documentation as output of analysis done and actions plan implementedWhat Will Make You Successful -University Degree in Economics1-3 years' work experience in a Quality capacity with experience in analysis, reporting, proposing of action planExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office automation toolsExperience with software and other Reporting Tools as Oracle BI is preferableOracle ERP knowledge is a plusFluent in EnglishAnalytical and problem-solving attitudeAccuracy, detail orientationGood communication skills, team working approach and effective at working remotely.Global and cultural awarenessFlexibility, adaptability and high energyThe successful candidate will embrace Vertiv's Core Principals & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.OUR CORE PRINCIPALSSafety. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation and benefits.
